Dr David John DAVIES

International Education and Training Consultant

David Davies is an International Education and Training Consultant who has held senior positions with both Pearson Edexcel and Cambridge English Language Assessment. He has been Director of Stakeholder Relations for Pearson Edexcel international qualifications and Global Manager, Higher Education and Workplace, for Cambridge English Language Assessment. He is currently an Ofsted Inspector for state and independent schools in the UK and a Lead Examiner for Tribal/Abu Dhabi Education Council in the United Arab Emirates.
As part of his professional work, David has worked extensively in a wide range of countries including Bangladesh, India, United Arab Emirates, United States, China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Egypt etc. His work has involved the promotion of Edexcel and Cambridge.

Isabel Sutcliffe

Janet Morris

International Education Expert

Janet Morris is passionate about education believing that every child should have a great start in life. Janet has a portfolio career within the education sector working in a number of sectors including EdTech, higher education, international schools and English language within a global context. She has spent 15 years working in the wider education sector – her most recent role was as a Director of Cambridge International Education which provides education programmes to over 10,000 schools around the world. In addition, Janet was the Interim Chief Executive of OCR in 2018 during a significant period of change in the assessment sector. Janet loves adventure – skiing, sailing and scuba diving. She is on a lifelong mission to become fluent in French.

Au Young

International Partnership Consultant

Au Yong has over 30 years of experience with the promotion and management of international education in the Asia Pacific region. His experience includes working with Pearson Edexcel as Regional Director, General Manager of City and Guilds and current role as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of MyPEC. Au Yong plays an important role with EduCan International in the relationship management with the stakeholders across APAC region.

Sahrul Haslan Hassan

International Partnership Consultant

Sahrul Hassan has over 20 years of experience in the higher education domain in Malaysia that include as the Director, Putra Business School, University Putra Malaysia (UPM), Manipal International University, Heriot Watt University (Malaysia Campus), etc. Currently Sahrul is actively involved with EduCan International as a consultant for a number of international university partnership project that include establishing international branch campus.

Sidney Rose FRSA

International Education Consultant & Advisor

Sidney Rose FRSA is a senior British educator, school-leader and International Education Consultant & Advisor of considerable international repute . He has many years of experience and expertise gleaned from working in many countries and cultures at the highest level, including advising a number of Ministries of Education and the royal families of Dubai and Qatar. His work has covered setting-up 6 new prestigious international schools from scratch as Founding Director and advising on many other new international school set-ups and upgrades; attaining Cambridge and IB accreditation for a number of schools: recruiting staff and teacher training; developing online teaching programmes and resources; university entrance and school inspections.
Sidney is an elected Fellow of the Royal Society ( RSA) and has served on The Committee of The Society of Education Consultants.
